Congrats, all Poles should be considered liars in business until they have signed the notarial act or pre agreement, there is no such thing as a verbal agreement in this country. From my experience more and more re-sellers are are starting to realize that if you want to sell, you have got to get your feet on the ground, the rest are still in cloud 2007.
