Poland - the least liked German neighbour.

Well, Tusk values both Russia and Germany. He is not envious of any success, he is just focussing on maintaining cordial ties. Poland need not get involved with America in their provocative noises over Iran and NK. Their nuke obsession is caused by devious insiders who know that war brings profits. Many Americans are upset with this too. Hersh and Ritter have sought to expose the fallacy of nuclear threats.

Very well said, profits for fat politicians in Washington, migraines for Poland. What did we get out of our involvement in the Iraq War, nothing, they promised us deals, contracts worth large amounts of money, all we got was dead soldiers and Muslims to hate us. What are we getting out of Afghanistan, same thing. If we keep this us Muslims might start attacking Poland. Iraq didn't even give us our 2 billion dollars they owed us since the 80's for tanks and APCs we sold them.

I heard also something about Polish people from them. It was, let's just say, not nice....

No wonder, somehow you make people dislike you...what did you do this time? Again exchanging Bismarck with Hitler???

Be glad Germany still had some money to lend...

It might also be noted that "modern" Germany has money to lend because of the US.. Their little prosperity is not out of thin air and probably doesn't happen w/o Marshall plan funds and the US military presence on their continent for the past 70s. Of which they pay jack for, actually they make money off it.

Prediction: Germany leaves the EU in the next 15 years. US leaves Europe (it has to really) .. Germany could bel back to the old tricks of finding lebensraum in 20 years. The US is broke and cannot stop them.

You just had to come up with this again, didn't you! ;)

But yes, Germany and Europe has alot to be grateful for to the US, especially the Berliners!
We won't forget that...

Germany could bel back to the old tricks of finding lebensraum in 20 years.

Not really...we won't have the people to populate the Lebensraum we already have! ;)

The US is broke and cannot stop them.

Nun ja...sometimes it would had been better if the US had stayed out of inter-european power quarrels in the first place!

Take WWI for expample:

no US meddling on the behalf of GB
Germany wins
no Treaty of Versailles
no Hitler
no WWII
Germany would still have a Kaiser! :)

We would had reached the natural balance in Europe much earlier...

to add prediction:
Slavs unite to stop Germany once and for all and then Slavs prevent USA to restore it. Case closed, peace in Europe

Lol.. okay I tried to get you to attack. You got me. Krauts are good craftsmen and people vote with their purchases. Haiti has had loans too.. and look where they are.

Honestly though man, I'm not sure you are the usual German though. Pride is not as much one of your sins. And unfortunately.. the country probably has forgotten US help... Or dismissed it. Natural, I guess..

But it's true, the US is fastly becoming broke will have shortly have to leave the continent. Yaayy for taxpayers! Like ME!

I think Russia / German and probably Poland will form an economic alliance of sorts. They actually share a similiar mindset in many ways.

Not sure Germany will stay in the EU as it's voters are now strongly wanting out based on the Greece debacle. What I've heard anyway..

You shouldn't mix the lefty loud mouthes with the more conservative but much quieter majority.
Sadly you won't hear them as much as they are much more busy with actually working and running the country. They will never forget.

But it's true that most Germans have no global ambitions whatsoever and if the US asks for german support in some hellhole elsewhere on the Globe it's not very popular in Germany.

I wish we (the US too) would stop that.

But it's true, the US is fastly becoming broke will have shortly have to leave the continent. Yaayy for taxpayers! Like ME!

I've just read somewhere that the numbers of Americans immigrating into Germany is actually rising! Welcome back home! :)

why did then Germany initiated bloody civil war in Yugoslavia? why cut political process in Yugoslavia?

and then NATO and EU backed Germany and attacked Yugoslavia and Serbia and even, side by side with Islamic league, transported mujaheedines in Bosnia and Kosovo? then in 1999 NATO openly attacked Serbia! IT WAS WAR IN EUROPE as i can remind myself!

Well, in a roundabout way this is true. US businessmen has sold more arms to GB than Germany and of course were afraid if GB lost they would not get paid.. Sad but very trure.

Plus..

Don't sink the goddamn Lusitania. Stop the ship, arrest the captain.. take the munitions.. but don't sink a boat with women and kids on it.. EXTREMELY BAD MOVE. So was the Zimmerman telegram.. so was sinking ships of our coast. Germany had a lot of friends in the US.. this sealed the deal though.

Also, I blame the US's weird love for the Anglo Saxon as problematic too. Very dangerous affiliation, always has been imo. Perhaps, they would argue the same at this juncture.

US's weird love for the Anglo Saxon

and how they react and BS when Slavs are solider to each others

US businessmen has sold more arms to GB than Germany

Slavs were main target anyway, i would say

Don't sink the goddamn Lusitania

The US already did support GB with weapons and munitions even as they were bound by their declaration of neutrality. They were warned by the Germans: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RMS_Lusitania#Last_voyage_and_sinking

This ship was FULL of ammunition and weapons...you were warned about breaking your neutrality and that the ship was entering war territory.

A dive team from Cork Sub Aqua Club, diving under license, discovered 15,000 rounds of the .303 (7.7×56mmR) caliber rifle ammunition transported on the Lusitania in boxes in the bow section of the ship. The find was photographed but left in situ under the terms of the license.[74] In December 2008, Gregg Bemis's dive team estimated a further four million rounds of .303 ammunition were on the ship at the time of it's sinking.

...and the british propaganda used it to the fullest to bring the US on their side into the war.
Congrats for falling for that trap!

...
Professor William Kingston of Trinity College, Dublin has said, "There's no doubt at all about it that the Royal Navy and the British government have taken very considerable steps over the years to try to prevent whatever can be found out about the Lusitania".[72]

...wonder why?

Oh it will change.. no one likes getting stuck with the check all the time. This is how German voters feel. Key word: voters.

France , Spain, GB to a degree more or less deadbeats.. Italy. Unsustainable long term. They aren't going to cut back that drastically.

I've just read somewhere that the numbers of Americans immigrating into Germany is actually rising! Welcome back home! :)

;-/ ... Uhhh, moving right along. Not nearly enough lebensraum there. Esp considering some of the fat a$$es over here.

Poland is the least liked by German citizens.

Cry me a river !
I'm gonna cry nothing less than weeping would be adequate to deep hurt it sow in my heart. Sobbing is no good, tears torrent is the only answer to such a challenge.

Why oh why German citizens did make terrible choices against Poland.
Was it Grünewald or number of Mercedes kept as hostages by unknown Poles?
Was it concious decision or spur of the moment, could that be an honest mistake ?
Silent despair will overcome Poland- black, black days indeed!
Will our great whiskered president amend constitution to satisfy our beloved neighbour?
