Typical for the Poloniandists

The problem is p3 that attacking individual posters isn't allowed, so making blanket statements about the stupidity and racism of Polonia is the only way forward.

I think you misunderstood that rule completely. Or conveniently.
It was, hopefully, to remind posters to debate the opposing points, not individuals.
But I think you are honestly unable to do that.
At every step, you attack and insult.
Don't you understand that this only takes away from any valid points you may have?

What goals Shawn? All I see about me is yet more of the unsubstantiated lies people post about me. I do wonder why they can't understand that no matter how many times they call me a racist lie, I still simply am not one. I could ask them to post quotes from me in which I tell a lie or make a racist statement, but there's no point: they can't quote from such a post and know they cannot, so they would just ignore the request or claim they don't want to write from such posts.

What goals Shawn?

I am pretty sure one might be this one. That's up to Aphro to confirm, that and what the other goal is.

I really would be interested in a thorough dissection and debate surrounding the post though.

Shawn, care to point out any racist statement or lie in the post you have just linked to?

I'm not sure if it's really smart of you guys to keep splitting Polonia in two or more different camps while you're battling all Polonia opposition on PF because I don't think that you're being kept out of their criticism being Can-Poles but if that makes you feel better, I guess it's the way to go then, right? ;-)
Then again, it's not my battle so have fun and continue doing whatever pleases you.

I am no fighter and please read my post in this thread if you already haven't done so.

That's up to Aphro to confirm, that and what the other goal is.

I meant BBman and Boletus posts.

Aphro, to you telling unsubstantiated lies is scoring a goal: what an original definition.

Harry, Who was that directed at?Are you saying that boletus is lying?
Harry
23 Sep 2012 #129
P3, BBMan is most certainly lying, as shown on the previous page. Boletus doesn't seem to be saying anything about me.

ok my bad,but did you read that closely;he may not actually say your name, but you are heaped in their.
Harry
23 Sep 2012 #131
P3, if he wants to call me a racist or a liar, I'll most certainly challenge him to supply quotes to support his claims or to withdraw his lies and apologise for them.

I never said that he called you a racist. You had said in reference to aphrodisiacs goals and as boletus was part of that,I was just asking if you were calling him a liar.I should have read more closely what you said,my bad.

Shawn, care to point out any racist statement or lie in the post you have just linked to?

No I can't. I am almost certain you have never posted a falsehood on this very forum. However, I am more interested in the next point

You are conveniently omitting a whole bunch of regions in Poland proper, which use the cursed B-word in a hypocoristic form. You are conveniently ignoring a hard research work of several people that have proven you wrong and who have discovered that the B-word still exists in various dialectal/hypocoristic forms in Poland proper. No amount of shouting and demagogic arm twisting will change that facts.

and then continuing on with the rest of the post...

^ If you're interested in talking about the word busha, I suggest you do so in the thread boletus linked to.

^ If you're interested in talking about the wordbusha, I suggest you do so in the thread boletus linked to.

Since Delph has already broached the subject:

We on here might know that people who use words like "Busia" are Grade A certifiable morons, but most people don't.

I thought this might also be a reasonable venue to discuss. By the way, please be a little more sensitive to the sensitivities of Polonia. The word is spelled "busia".

ShawnH,well Delph did say that Polonia were dumb pol's for saying that it was a word.I'm assuming that Harry agreed with Delph about busia not being a word?As this has been a thread about Polonia and Delph did make some statements about Polonia in regards to this word, then I would say that this is on topic.
ShawnH 8 | 1,507
23 Sep 2012 #139
I'm assuming that Harry disagreed with you on that note?

Based on usual and customary associations, I think it is safe to say that Harry would tend to agree more with Delph's viewpoint.

Shawn, my spelling was deliberate.

Grade A certifiable morons

Delph msut be a 'Grade A certifiable' intolerant and discrimnatory PC-ite, becuase he forgot about dziadzia (sometimes spelt jaja by non-Polish-speaking 3rd and 4th-generation Polonians) and cioci. As in cioci is making bigos, and dziadzia's car is in the garage.
f stop 25 | 2,513
23 Sep 2012 #142
Dziadzia and ciocia are common.
Busia, since I have never personally heard in Poland, I have to believe is babcia to somebody that is not pronouncing it right.
What does that have to do with morons though is beyond me.

oh, I know! They dropped the first "ba" from "babusia"!
Lol.. you guys got me hung up on busia.

Harry,I can understand how someone trying to tell you what's best for Poland when they don't live there or never even been there can be annoying.

Sorry P3 but you are talking nonsense, I've seen many stupid things on PF over the years but the idea that certain gang of "expats" managed to position themselves as some kind of experts on Poland and an authority on what's best for this country is just too much, especially when a moderator buy this garbage. They've been living here for a few years, are not fluent in Polish and has as much clue about this country as a Polish factory worker living in London since 3 or 4 years has about UK. Besides, even If that was not a case It still doesn't mean they have a right to gang up on posters they do not agree with.

These creaters live on this stuff, they provoke others and then push the button to report their posts once their "enemies" lose their nerves, all of that in the name of fighting with "racists" of course... So we get busia and plenty of other nonsense. They mastered the art of insulting and provoking the way that one can not "quote" it as it is put between the lines. I find it incredible that I have to explain such things but imagine a small American forum with a gang of Europeans with ultra-liberal views, who are living in the US and abuse other users, Americans, German-Americans and whoever else, they say that people who owns guns are mostly descendants of racist village peasants from lands which we don't speak of in civilised circles, they say that anyone who does not support public health care system is a backward racist and so on, that's why they gang up on such posters, to fight racism of course. When one, on a veteran day, post a topic about fallen American soldiers liberating Europe during WW2, they paste links to stories about a French girl raped by an American soldier or about another one, who stole a bicycle in Holland, all of that to break "national myths" of course and once some "nationalist" lose his nerves and call it what it is, they push the button. Think for a while what a sane administration whould do with them. I can understand freedom of speech uber alles, I can understand that "Poles steal our jobs" idiots are tolerated but organized trolling is a totally another issue.

I don't give a feck, I've seen so much of this garbage here that it doesn't work on me anymore but majority of the best posters has already left, soon you will stay here alone with admin and a gang of kunts. Have fun.

Gregorz,I'm not referring to expats.I'm referring to Polonia that were born and raised in a different country have never been to Poland and try to tell people in Poland what is best for their country,I could understand how that could be irritating,So I really don't know what talking about as I was pretty clear about it.And why would I say that about somebody who lived there.Think about it.

Gregorz,Who ever said a whole gang,I was speaking about anyone who would do that and you don't know why and to what purpose I was mentioning it for obviously.Show where I'm ever even close to insinuating that there is a group of experts on this forum. You really need to read this thread and then you'll understand as to who they are suggesting this about and I'm saying if this is the case, then I understand it.

You completely misunderstood him, It seems that you don't have enough experience on this board to judge the situation correctly and make a sound calls. He's talking about jonni/Harry/delphi who managed to take over the narrative on historical and the Catholic Church-related threads on this forum and rule as they please.

f stop I don't know the particulars of how long those two have lived in Poland. What I was saying to them is that I'd understand why they'd be irritated if someone from somewhere else tried to tell me how the country where they live should be ran.I haven't bought into anything.that was it.As far as what these guys have been doing for years around here, well I haven't been here for years. If people don't like the way I moderate then they can go ahead and complain to admin.I try to do the best that I can.
