Hi,

Can anybody provide a link that compares the various pre-pay tariffs? Thx
I've tried using Lycamobile but the internet was prohibitively slow..absolutely unbearable.
Also, are there any tariffs that provide for receiving calls/SMSs without paying roaming fees when abroad?

What is abroad? As long as you stay in EU it should be free.

The tariff is far less important than the signal strength where you are. Just buy a 5zl simcard from each of the four operators (Orange, Play, Plus and T-Mobile) and see which has the best speed. Even in central Warsaw each network has 3G deadspots.
