I lost my temporary car permit, what should I do. I got it to months ago,so it was already expired.
What are the consequences. And what documents should I bring to get the permanent car documents

No, I'm sorry - simply because you're not a british citizen. They (goverment officials) will treat you in a different way in this case (beeing NOT a british citizen).
