Merged: About dependent(s) travel to Poland

Hello,

I am from India, work permit is getting processed for me. I have one query about dependent(s) Visa process.

I would like to do Visa processing for my wife and kid but they will not be travelling immediately. May be after 6 months. Is there any restrictions/conditions on dependent(s) Visa expiry? like they need to travel with in 3 months or so?

Thanks

From date of visa issuance, one must travel within 90 days... secondly dep visa expiry will be same as sponsor visa, irrespective they travel with you or after 6 months. If you plan to bring them after 6 months, then they must apply later.

As part of initial docs, you must submit travel tickets. Thus if your travel date is >90days, application would not be accepted. It must be mentioned on polish consulate website for your region.
