Because you have an interest or influence in a place, doesn't make it yours. No more so is this the case than in our current climate of globalisation. We all invest in the global village in one way or another but the core of Polish heritage hasn't been lost when it comes to Lviv or Vilnius. Lithuania is in the EU and freely accessible to those with the desire to go.

Thats where you are wrong my friend !

ithuania is in the EU and freely accessible to those with the desire to go.

Thats no the point, but the way Lithuanian government is dealing with Poles living there - as the second class citizens !Where is a ******* EU standing on human rights when you need them ?

How am I wrong? Are you really telling me that the core of what Poles regard as their heritage is trapped now in the Ukraine and Lithuania? Part of it, yes. The core??

Oh, only academics writing books while the EU turns a blind eye, I-S :( May I ask you, where is the enforcement from the Polish side? If you clearly see discrimination, as I do too I might add, then where is the concerted action to combat it?

Because history has taken its course and it now belongs to others. Are you prepared to go to war to win it back when you can just visit it anyway?

Because history has taken its course and it now belongs to others.

History is shaped by peoples deeds, the land is ours and that is that !

The land was yours, I-S. Please tell me, I-S, what is the ultimate determinant of ownership to land?

You ignorant ******************. Don't you understand that plenty of our families owned land there before ww2? People got murdered and had to flee their homes to make room for some ukies...

We never asked for Silesia... The eastern parts of former Germany were forced upon us.

what is the ultimate determinant of ownership to land?

So, would you be prepared to give all those Jewish families their property back and displace Poles who acquired the new title deeds? Where do you stand on Kosovo? Funny that Poland officially recognised the swiping of Serbian property to give to Albanians. They were forced to hand across their papers.

History, aha. History is also 5 mins ago and I saw borders and new owners ;) ;)

Would you give them back for Lwow???

Apropos borders....this is an idea how they could change over time ;)

please say YES David :-)

It really doesn't matter what David says as he has no power either way. The face of Lviv has been changed over the years and, now being part of Ukraine, the Ukrainians have taken away a large part of the Catholic element.

Ironside being a f*cking retard and Nathan being an ukrainian primate.

Exactly, mark you i dont advocate these regions getting back to Poland but you named the problem, part of the core is indeed trapped outside of our borders.

History is shaped by peoples deeds, the land is ours and that is that !

You're an idiot mate, the land was ours, if not for us it'd be two barns and a field but today its someone else' and thats that.

nailed.

if you're missing home, boys, do what we do - go to court and apply for return of private property. if refused - buy it like a normal person. I stil have hopes for a piece of folwark around Ivano-Frankivsk. I will be tempted to call it Stanisławów. But I won't be tabpted to break any laws of the country. Most are standard anyway.

Booting innocent people aint right, talking and considering booting them aint right you little prick, lord knows i have ukis for an inferior breed of an european, they never contributed, created or built anything noteworthy, they're a bunch of unwashed peasants but they're still people.

I know you contribute or contributed on histmag, i know you're into history to some degree, if you were an ignorant SOB like Seanus or the rest i'd swallow your bull but you're actually knowledgable, even if thats a joke or a provocation you're still a sad little f*ck.

Whoever has the biggest stick.

But those Poles crying about Lwów should concentrate on building Polish cities rather than crying about what they've lost.

Look at Dubai - when their oil is gone - they have marvels of the world left on this earth, but when your locust-country, which destroys everything around and itself, will be left with no oil - we will have Mars on Earth - deserts with vodka i seliodka. It is simply sad.

Bla-bla-bla....Do be quite! Why you are so poor then? Still dwell in the clay huts?

Russian is not a nation

Oh! Should I take this as affront? Just realize what you have said... We have millennium history beginning in the Kievan Rus, while you have only two decades of imagined independence behind your back.

And you are an embarassment, what are you Młodzież Wszechpolska?

But those Poles crying about Lwów should concentrate on building Polish cities rather than crying about what they've lost.

Why? So Germans get to cry with their Exiled association but we dont because we're Poles? Stop being such an anti-polish twat son, i hate pricks who use double standards, except myself ofc i get to because i'm me.
