A map of the 2nd Republic - help?

I'm trying to find either a very very high resolution map of the II RP or something similar to Google Maps - can anyone help?

I'm specifically trying to find a good map showing the borders of Wielkopolska then - I'd like to go and see if there are any traces of the former border with Germany.

For the borders of Wielkopolska I guess you need a topographic map(considering you want to go and search those traces you mentioned). Bestmap.pl might help you with that. Once I got a VERY good map of Piwniczna Zdroj -Krynica Zdroj area from them.
