I bought a jar of Wolski Red Peppers. What are some recipes to use them in?

My roasted red peppers never have a chance to make it into any recipes. I used them on salads, sandwiches, canapes.

Nice as a snack along with some potent potables. As an appetizer, along with some cheese or mushrooms, too..

Tin of chopped tomato,s in saucepan, add the red peppers, 2 table-spoons honey, pineapple chunks to taste, 1 chopped onion, a few pinches of chilli powder to taste.

Heat until all is soft,..... stand and leave to cool,........ refrigerate.

Take taco,s or crackers and dip away.

Wash down with a cold beer.

Good for when watching a dvd or for parties.

Slice them. Add either blanched frozen green beans (or mangetout/petits pois) and tinned whole babycorn. Toss in a dressing of olive oil and lemon juice. A traffic light salad.

A fiddly one, (depending on size) fill them/wrap around steamed and chopped spinach a bit of feta or twarozek a touch of grated nutmeg great for bbq or those ridged pans on the gas.

You can make a sophisticated sub sandwich----- simply layer roasted red peppers, goat cheese and peppery arugula on a crusty baguette
