whoa that looks like a proper feast. people shouldn't be allowed to post pictures like that, it puts us at risk of drooling excessively and buggering up a laptop or a keaboard!

Yes, this a problem. :)

My friends boyfriend cooks a lot but I have never had the chance to take pictures, but now I will make sure. He is a great cook. :)

Was it removed????

Not if it was a picture of food - no way! ;)

Most likely it was too big and never appeared. I only ever saw two. Resize it and try again...please! ;)

We should collect recipes and have a cook book printed. All proceeds to go to a needy Polish family.

I made kapuśniak the other day. Mmmm....

I made small golabki last week but didn't take a picture (was in too much of a hurry to eat :) Made a tomato sauce to go with them and they were...lovely... :)

Now I would like to see that in the shops "The Official PolishForums.com Cookbook". Imagine that...

Variation on a Polish theme, I made potato pancakes today using mashed potato (no flour or eggs just some milk to smooth them out a little). I mixed in garlic powder, herbs and white pepper then made two big ones and fried them up. They were tasty! :) Apologies about the picture size, using new photo-editing program, think I'll change back...sigh.

They look really good, PD. Try some łazanki, PD. It goes down a treat.

They tasted great. ;) £azanki, I have not tried that but thought about making it at times. I'll try it in the future. Thanks. :)

It's quite simple to make, really. Plenty of carbs before a gym workout.

I found this method of making łazanki do you think it's accurate enough?

It seems good enough to me. Remember, pepper (like salt and...) really brings life to it. Also, the pasta is very important. It should be of a specific type, not just ordinary stuff that you throw some sauce onto.

£azanki is such a great energy food.

Good, I'll give it a bash at some point. Regarding the pasta, I like to try and make my own whenI can. So we'll see how that goes...;)

There's nothing like a bit of experimentation with food. I like 'al dente' but łazanki squares tend to be a bit mushier, especially when heated up and served with mushroom sauce. Yummy!

That's true, I enjoy it a lot.

I think I should ignore this thread now because the tummy is starting to rumble... ;)

You did a great job on kopytka :) Next time remember to cut them at the angle (aprox. 45) for more true look :)
