Well, compare the British stats with Polish stats. You tend to act differently away from home and it is strange to see the figures so high.

In general Slavs are good in sophisticated crime and they are not usually caught.

Not usually caught? Aha, so you are telling us that there are a whole host of people out there that haven't been caught? We know that but can you imagine the stats if they were? A bit like how the unemployment stats would be if all Poles returned.

I'll take that as being a compliment. :)

Slavs don't talk.They do sth and you find out after 20 years.

I wish more Polish people will be like you and simply leave the UK, you are not wanted here as you obviously have noticed...good riddance!

My life must have taken a turn for the worse ;0 ;) ;) I have a Polish wife and am 'only' a teacher. Must be that the Poles have taken all the jobs back home ;) ;)

Hmmmmmm.... I wanted to laugh when you said British people are racist. I am mixed race
black/white and the only racism I have received in the past few years has been from Polish men.

Britain is one of the most multi-cultural countries in Europe. When it comes to British people, if you don't integrate, maybe kiss a bit of ass, you won't fit in no matter what colour you are, especially if you are considered from a poor country or "third world".

Every country has racism but it is far less here.

The thing that puzzles me is, Poland has gone through horrible phases like World War 2 and death camps. Even receiving racism from British cause of the employment situation. You would think because of this they would be more accepting of people's differences. But most seem to be Homophobic and have racist views.

I understand that back in Poland it is very mono-cultured but I just think Polish people living abroad need to accept the bigger world out there in order to fit in more.

Britain is so MC and seeing coloured people walking around has become part of the set-up/the national fabric. Poland is very homogeneous and the common sentiment is that it wants to stay that way. However, I agree that some Poles could be a little more open when they travel but we deal with people as we meet them. Just beware of false ambassadors ;)

Well... 80% of crimes are committed by Brits, who make up 69% of Londoners. That makes, let me see, 1.16 statcrimes per head. 20% of crimes are commited by foreigners, 31% of Londoners, which makes 0.65 crimes per head. Now 1.16/0.65 = 1.78. So on average, in London, a statistical Brit commits almost twice as many crimes as a foreigner.

Seems immigration is a cure for crime in the UK, like?

On Poles:

Telegraph: 'More than 600,000 people have arrived, more than half from Poland'

Let's say it's 300.002 people

Telegraph: The figures reflect that about one in ten crimes was carried out by Poles, about 2.1 percent of all crimes committed in London.

If average Pole in London is equally criminal minded as an averaged non-Pole, then 300.002 should be 2.1% of the London's population. Then the London population would be 300.002/2.1*100 = 14.286 million. Funny thing, it isn't. With a more realistic estimate of some 450.000 Poles in 2007, the result would be 21.4 million. So Poles are significantly less criminal than even the averaged non-Polish peace loving community of London, which is already more law-abiding than native London Brits.

Shocking, eh?

Telegraph: "The migrants don't know how to integrate."

Damn right. Shoot them all and send them back to Poland, we have no fkn use for them wussies here.

This quotation here is a bit of manipulation, though :) Actually it concluded the following statement:

Telegraph: A senior official, who asked not to be named, said: "These tensions invariably lead to crime. They don't know when to put the bins out, they are a noisy lot and often drink vodka on the street."

decor_ating clearly has an issue. The Telegraph likewise, since the whole article is in a rather alarming tone.

If you are Polish, you are white and the British have no issue whatsoever with Polish people. WE ARE THE SAME RACE!
The problem is that Britain is so full of foreigners, that it's disappearing before the Britons' eyes. The British would prefer to have Polish immigrants to African or Asian, but since that can't happen, they have to hate all foreigners altogether. Until the EU collapses, nationalism takes control, and the natives are in control of their own countries again, there will probably be a bit of hostility towards Polish people in Britain.

Maybe so, but we ain't equals, you and I. Not by a long shot.

Well, if you were in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya or any country that the UK is trying, along with some other country, to monopolize the ressources from... then yes... you would think that you are there already.

What about Polish people who are racist? Why do you polish people always act as the victim all the time when a lot of the time you are just as guilty? Stop lying.

You mean buying resources, on the open market.

Not that there are many resources being sold by Afghanistan.
