Ive been in the UK for 6 days to relocate and im going back to Poland.

Thats the thing im not entitled and i know it, i didnt even apply in the first place my mother did on my behalf and we had it for about 4 months. We had a back dated bank transfer for £400 and then £80 per month then they asked some questions and the dates were mixed up, so they canceled and asked for the £600 and something back. Also the £250 new born trust fund check which i was yet to deposit was classed as void.

Its nice to receive something and i was like hey this is great, and why not all the Poles do it, as i mentioned i still have a UK limited company and pay some of my taxes there.

Theres a lesson in all of the above, LIE.

I canceled my UK car insurance the other day and get this, there was a £24 early cancellation fee and a £26 admin fee, i have to pay that in order to receive my no claims bonus.

I'm really beginning to dislike the UK system, they have you by the short and curly's.

I feel a thread coming on....

well, in my own opinion, all you poles should go back where you belong, thats poland, not here in the uk.

before you start fireballing me, let me try and tell you why i am saying this, and i hope the moderators will let me say it too.

i know not all poles are the sam -- there may well be good ones like in any race, but all the ones ive met, at work, in the streets, the shops here, are all without doubt, some of the worst humans around.

they are vile, obtuse, have no courtesy, are abrupt and basically are bereft of any manners we english are used to over here.

let me tell you what happened recently when i was out walking my dog in the local park--we had barely reached the park, when 5 youths, all poles (i heard them speaking in polish) started calling me and my wife "black bastards, go back to the jungle, you f---ing c--ts..."!

and " we have no blacks in poland...it is better without you f----kers, *******.."

myself and my wife were aghast--having lived in the uk for over 45 years, and to hear this abuse from relative newcomers?

i sincerely believe, judging from what the polish did to the jews during the nazi times--poles just cannot be trusted, and why the uk let them into our country, i just do not know.

they have no manners per se, and are the dregs of human society and should be repatriated sooner rather than later, before they destroy the fabric of uk society.

(i heard them speaking in polish)

How can you be sure that they were Polish? Other languages might sound similar to Polish.

i think you are just another example of a thick-headed, good for nothing idiotic imbecile.

to call people names just because of their colour or religion or race, is one of the lowest forms of behaviour, indeed, one would expect something like that from amoebas!

i bet you dont even know what an amoeba is, do you......!

Moderators -- i sincerely hope you delete this persons post, as he is using racist terminology against asians.

So you think the Poles should go back where they came from...but you should not...?

Seems a bit unfair...

i sincerely hope you delete this persons post, as he is using racist terminology against asians.

Who? where?

I don't understand.

Your experience was awful. The simple truth is that racism appears to be very much alive and well in Poland. Most Poles will agree (I'm not Polish)

In terms of race attititude, think of 70s Britain where e.g the B/w minstrel show was regarded as normal humour. 'Darkie' was considered ordinary slang, not as offensive by those who used it. It's this kind of world. Black people are still exotic and most Poles have little experience of them and can sometimes react in a suspicious or hostile manner - it's human nature.

I'm not excusing this disgraceful behaviour at all - far from it, but just commenting on it.

Yet, it is important to realise, for what it's worth, that not all or even most Poles are like this.

Thats quite astonishing and i feel for you there, however you cant stereotype a nation based on that, i somehow doubt your:

Its true many Poles are racist but even so you must have met some nice ones. Experiencing that abuse in your country of residence must have been a shock especially form foreigners, but on the other hand you must have experienced racism from Brits too, i have many black friends in the UK and they have told me the racist stories.

Your post is one of the reasons i left the UK in the fact that theres so many foreigners around you dont even feel like its your own country any more. Some may say well go live in the country, but i wouldn't want to. Not in the UK anyway.

i think you are just another example of a thick-headed, good for nothing idiotic imbecile.

Indeed, thing is though im contributing to the Polish economy ive sent plenty of business Polands way and also employ locals, not so much at the moment but i had six full time at one point. In any case theres what 1,500,000 in the UK probably more, i think a few thousand Brits in Poland is no big deal.

I take nothing from the Polish system. Besides Brits are liked here, only today in a local shop i was with my baby girl and the assistants could see it was a bit of a handful and they helped me out. If i felt any animosity i'd be outta here.

Does that mean you understand some of my complaints you described as whining now?

Not really, i was more than aware of the situation from 2004, it probably peaked in the UK around 2006. You being undercut by cheap labour and my stance on foreigners in the UK are quite different.

The shortcomings of the UK at the moment relate to the recession and budget deficit, not cheap foreign traders, as i posted nobody seemed to have any money and business for many ranged from poor to extremely bad. As a husband and a father that needs to take home around 2k a month, it just wasn't attainable in my field in the UK at this time. That's one of the reasons i came back.

Call it bad planning what ever, im staying in Poland in my palace for now. Its a bit boring but hey better that than the rat race.

sounds like our old friend 'noimmigration' is back ... or maybe one of his relatives.

you can witness all these behaviours on any Friday/Saturday night in London or other major city in UK from your so called 'English' :o)

so 'broken Britain' is all the fault of the Polish who came over here?

I have to agree with you on this .... ( I was born in UK but have Polish parents, therefore consider myself a bit of both, but generally feel more Polish), however I think racism is alive and well in most societies; I have lived in UK for 47 years and you will find racism everywhere. Go into areas in UK which are highly populated by asians, africans etc and you will see racism from these groups against white British.

I have friends who are Indian, African, and they agree with me.

to call people names

is one of the lowest forms of behaviour

one would expect something like that from amoebas!

doesn't say much about you then ... does it ?

Come on, it's hardly 'noimmigration' writing. He was the victim of racial abuse and from relative newcomers. He is right to say that! I don't go around dishing out derogatory remarks here like 'wow, you dumb Polaks, get back to the motherland, Russia' as it would just be flaming and wrong in different ways. I also don't make reference to my skin colour either. I am whiter than most Poles but so what? Some people just need to grow up and respect their guest status.

Maybe so but this guy just went for a walk in the park and was racially abused by immigrant Poles.

Now that is ironic seeing as he is himself an immigrant albeit second generation. Another flaw is:

judging from what the polish did to the jews during the nazi times--poles just cannot be trusted,

Poles doing what? that was the Nazis mate - Poland under Nazi occupation! there were Nazi concentration camps in Poland with Auschwitz being the most famous, but it wasn't the Poles doing the killing. Hell 100's of thousands of Poles were gassed to you know.

But rest assured, the vast majority of the Poles are good ppl who would never do such a thing. Unfortunately you got bad apples in every basket.

Maybe they wouldnt do something like that atleast without alcohol but based on my experiences id say 70% of Polish men are racist or shall we say ill educated, and probably 50% of women. Age comes into play with a sliding scale from old worse young better, even so whats a Polish family going to do when a family member brings home a black boyfriend/girlfriend?

Racism is rife and will be for many years, we all sit here and talk hard words but would you really like it if a black family married into white and visa versa?

You have Office on your computer? If yes, you have to switch it off there, as it's linked, normally. Should be in the Options.

Of course but given the option of black educated nice guy as apposed to white, wife beating trailer trash theres no competition. Even so thats an extreme and many on here claim diversity but how would they feel if a daughter brought home a person of the opposite colour? I reckon 2% would have no real issues.

Its the old story "what gender baby would you prefer a boy or a girl" answer "as long as its healthy". Preferences remain.

How about personal preference of freedom of choice?

How about personal preference of freedom of choice?

Its not though is it, if the daughter or son brings home a coloured person and says hey dad im getting married, would it be worse than a son or daughter coming home and saying im gay? would that be worse than a son or daughter coming home with a guy you didnt approve of?

Racial issues with our children are a stones throw away from a father not wanting their sweet little girl hooking up ever.

As long as their happy thats fine, not that we have any choice anyway.

thank you! and thanks to seanus and others as well for responding in such a positive way to this absolutely unprovoked attack on mine and my wife's peace.

to those who have said how did i know they were polish -- well, i have been around polish people for some time, and you get to know the nuances and verbage they use.

and yes, i do know that lots of poles were killed off by the nazis, but the poles back-stabbed their own friends and neighbours during the nazi times by giving them away to the SS squads, in some cases, for just a single bottle of wine!

and some say that i must have met some good poles -- well, in my workplace, our employers hired some polish builders to do some work, and one of them said to me and my white friend, "...london is ************* my poland, no black people..only white....very good!", so you tell me where are the good poles.....?

honestly, i am not singling out the polish here -- its just that the people who carried out this racist attack on us were poles. yes, i do know that there is racism in every society -- for gods sake, if you were to put a batch of black people from different parts of africa in one place, there would probably be racism against one tribe and another, so that is not the point i am making.

to abuse someone, whoever he/she may be, white, black, green or brown, without provocation of any kind, is vile. and if it carries a connotation of race, then doubly so.

You dont know shite my friend.

and for that reason everything youve said here today can be based on hate and hate alone, it would be thrown out in a court of law based on personal grievances.

It is terrible what those young fellas said to you and your wife, no doubt there.

But I can't help but think, having read your posts, that you yourself have double standards:

There are millions of Poles that did not provoke you, yet you are the one tarring them with the same brush:
