If the cause for Britain's declaration of war on Germany was so noble

There was nothing noble about it. It was done for selfish reasons to maintain Britain’s status, as I said earlier, economic and political reasons.

Ahh he's one of those that thinks a long list will win an argumnet.

Countries like Nepal, Ethipiopia, Guam, Haiti, Panama, those countries were no more a part of WWII on our side than:
san marino
Manchukoa
Hungary
Romania
Bulgaria
Co-belligerents

Finland
Iraq
Thailand

Yugoslavia
Japanese puppet states
Manchukuo (Manchuria)
Mengjiang (Inner Mongolia)
Wang Jingwei Government
Burma (Ba Maw regime)

Fcuk my hand is aching form cut and pasting. Basically theres loads numb nuts.

September 1939
Germans had 9,000 guns: 2,750 tanks: 2,315 aircraft
Soviet Union had 4,959 guns: 4,736 tanks :3,300 aircraft
total 2 million man

Poland had 4,300 guns: 880 tanks: 400 aircraft
total 950,000 man

may 1940
France and allies had 13,974 guns: 3,384 tanks: 2,935 aircraft
total 3,300,000 troops

germany had 7,378 guns: 2,445 tanks: 5,638 aircraft
total 3,350,000 troops

who rolled over you Anglo-Saxons bastards, if you ware half soldiers what Poles ware you could end the war in may 1940.
the only reason you went to war to protect your empire otherwise you would play dead as in 1939 now you can kiss my Polish behind

Thanks for pointing out the absolute obvious there ShellyS. Their intentions may have been to not kill but unfortunately they did. It was part of the deal you couldnt have one without the other.

WB, you didnt get my point, first off I shall point out that ALL of my mums side are either present or ex Royal Navy serving - the cost of a few lives (in comparative terms) was nothing compared to the loss of oil or food (for King and country and all that)...keeping the cogs turning was the main thing, lives were, shall we say indespensable...(there's an Eafter the last L by the way in my name).

My main point was to the c* nt who had the cheek to say that our Royal Navy ran..never in our history have we fled the battle field..that is what makes me proud to have a Royal Naval history that goes back 250 years...but some landlocked w*anker wouldnt know about that!

There was nothing noble about it. It was done for selfish reasons to maintain Britain’s status

Selfish? When did we finally finish paying off our debt to American for what the war cost us? Did your grand parents live of rations? Whilst I understand what you are saying, the war crippled Britain - An aliance with Germany would have been more benficial but it would have been morally wrong.

Why is a tiny Island who did something always blamed for problems in the 21 century, yet Italy and other collabroators get off scot free!

You cant reason with unreasonable people, the fact is my miserable friend Poland got fcuked big time we won the war regardless of facts and figures and yours are flawed. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. You lost we won, got it, youre still losing youre a loser nation period. In fact you are a loser that fled your home land, what does that say about you as a person? youre ashamed.....

WB, you didnt get my point

Ohh i got your point all right just that it was, lets shall we say mis-directed. Youre not going to try and pass it off as another of your jokes are yah.

Selfish?

Yes, its not insulting.
The reason Britain went to war was to protect her national interests no other reason. Collaborating with Germany would have damaged Britain’s economic future and the democratic nature of Britain. Morality had nothing to do with it.

So by your conclusion it would be reasonable to deduct that Poland would have won should they have sided with the Axis. Are you completely bonkers numb nuts?

Poland lost the war before it even started.....

he's one of those that thinks a long list will win an argumnet.

no, but you being obstinate in your arguments forced me to check list of countries fighting against Axis, so you can have as well a full load.

You lost! Because regardless this or that country you have never been alone!and that's the fact whatever you like it or not!

well, you were forced for a few months after French defeat to fight with your back against the wall. The fact that you are not used to that kind of war doesn't mean that you were alone !

An aliance with Germany would have been more benficial but it would have been morally wrong

What are you talking about ? German hegemony of the European Continent wouldn't be more beneficial for Britain! They couldn't foreseen USA plan to demolish Empire :)

Well, the British were full of self interest too and Churchill didn't do the Brits favours with his pathetic coded messages to Roosevelt. Still, imagine the war result without us.

yet Italy and other collabroators get off scot free!

Becaouse unlike them Britain tried to get rid of Polish troops in their country.
The king of Hungary send a letter to Mr. Hitler that if one single German soldier passed the Hungarian border it would mean war between Hungary and Germany. While later on countries like Romania, Hungary and Italy (all 3 very postive towards Germany) accepted Polish troops to get through their countries.

Yet Britain as an ALLY couldn't afford much more!
That is the dilemma and why Poles generally don't pick that much on Axis nations (except for Germany)

ridicule in what way ?I'm talking here about real picture, not myths and propaganda ....you don't like **** off yourself !!!

were they fcuking allocating troops, planes, tanks at the time

what time ? you talking the Battle of Britian, now?
So, you should be precise in your statements and said - during a few months of bombardment by German Luftwaffe, except (60 000) Polish soldiers and a few thousand others from the Continent, Britain was left to her own resources.

The way you were saying - we were alone - it like you took on all Axis countries and the Klingon empire too! And you were ridiculing bragging, cuvt!

If you know **** about history don't call the others names if you don't like what you hear, sonny!

Anyone who calls the Scots cowards is just asking for it. We fear very little and provided the world with perhaps THE elite fighting force in the SAS. Our army is well respected and many top RAF pilots were Scottish.

Royal slaves, WTF?????

Interesting that Poles are famous for O victories they basically bent over all through history.

wroclaw boy why don't you roll over and play dead, you use to it.

We certainly had great examples to follow in the Polish but we chose to fight. Unlike you faggots.

Yes, you are miserable and yes, you were fcuked, but you know why? Because you like low of the Earth invaded Czechoslovakia with Hitler and then Lithuania and now like a true miserable scum demand other countries to have defended you against your own allies of year earlier. It is more than misery, it is pathetic retardism in all its perverted beauty.

Precisely. What goes around, comes around and a person gets back what he gives out. After 21 years of invading, betraying, bullying and oppressing her neighbours, Poland found out that karma is a b!tch.

Britain was left to her own resources.

Obviously thats what i was saying dickhead, do you honestly think i tried to make out that Britian won the war all by its self? Man talk about Poles getting the wrong end of the stick, 2+2 = 5.

Becaouse unlike them Britain

They didnt actually fight! STFU!

(all 3 very postive towards Germany) accepted Polish troops to get through their countries.

Oh right.. All Poles were accepted with open arms..

Mr. Hitler that if one single German soldier passed the Hungarian border it would mean war between Hungary and Germany.

Hungary bent over like a b*tch with her cheeks wide open screaming take me take me! What novels have you been reading?

you right I forgot about French cowards with English cowards and Scottish royal slaves cowards

Better than Polish murderers who helped the Germans gladly..The English have pride.something you lot know little about! Its no small wonder the Germans still have little or no respect for you! You gladly slaughtered your own people...Jews were Polish too.

Regarding our allies:

please do look at the names that were lost:

Mainly English! So we contributed more than you ungrateful tossers will ever know!

Don't forget the 89,300 Poles who joined the German armed forces and then changed sides when it became clear which side was actually going to win.

Loads of bullcrap - Nathan is probably a bit pissed on a Friday night, but had
enough decency to edit his post and delete that nonsense. Of course the best
"friend of Poland" - Harry, was here to quote him.

After 21 years of invading, betraying, bullying and oppressing her neighbours

Yes, like when Czechs invaded us when we were busy fighting off the Soviet
invasion, right? Poor Soviet Union - we oppressed them so much, not to mention
the poor Germany who finally repaid us for all the years of oppression by invading
us in 1939. When you look at Poland's history - how we invaded Sweden, Turkey
and later Russia, Prussia and Austria at the same time, then you can really see
that it is a one long string of invading and oppressing our neighbours.

You're kinda like dr Jekyll and mr Hyde, Harry. Sometimes you sound like a sensible
man but then you come up with complete and utter bullsh*it like that - it's unbelievable.

What goes around, comes around and a person gets back what he gives out

Then you must be getting back a lot of shi*t in your life, Harry (probably not as much
as you give out though, that would be impossible).
