i was in warsaw last thursday/friday. it was -12 outside, snow and mud everywhere and the trains were backed up for hours.

San Francisco filled with the homeless, human feces and used needles on the side walks,
Paris filled with homeless foreigners and high crime.
Warsaw clean as a whistle, safe and affordable.
