Is this still the premier venue for concerts in Katowice. I haven't been there for years.

There and Chorzow stadium.

Sadly yes. Still a crummy mouldy dive even after a re-fit. Acoustics are shiite too, and there is generally a no alchohol policy.
Avoid.
