Visiting visa, for a photographer and amateur travel writer in Poland

I am from India, I am was working as a freelance web developer because most the money changed hands through hand or western union the bank transfers are little , but i do have enough and more money to go through travel expense and stay and medical insurance for the time of my stay in Poland. what all i need to get travel visa . i want to stay for like two weeks or 7 days , I don't see any fellows who do travel visa to Poland. please anyone who do travel visa for india - to- poland please tell me. i did contact a few and they told me about this bank transactions which i lack. but i do have 3 Lakhs[RS] for travel budget{6,000 USD}. please let me know.
