Driving from Hannover to Wroclaw to Poznan to Prague

I will be on a business trip and need to drive
1. Hannover to Wroclaw
2. Wroclaw to Poznan
3. Poznan to Prague

Last time when I was driving from Berlin to Wroclaw, I just followed the google navigation but the road was such a nightmare (with detours due to the construction adding 2 more hours), afterwards someone told me the road via Dresden would have been a better choice.

Do you have any tips? which road to take, any construction info (or where I can find notices about it), any navigation app or on-line map I can rely on?

since it would be a soul-draining experience for sure, I would really really appreciate any tip!!

Avoid Wroclaw during rush hours ;)

Hanover to Wrocław - through Leipzig, Dresden, onwards.
Wroclaw to Poznan - S5 from Wrocław to Leszno, then onwards to Srem (DW433? I think? I don't remember the number...) and pick up the S11 in Kornik into Poznań. Avoid taking the DK5 between Leszno-Poznań.

Poznan-Prague - Go from Poznan to Frankfurt (Oder) on the A2, then B87 through Beeskow to the A13 towards Dresden. A17 towards the Czech Republic, then D8 from the border to Prague.

Don't take the routes for Poznan-Prague that Google recommends, they suck.
