According to Tablica.pl

Table of rents across Poland

Not going to help my case for negotiating with the landlord of a place I have been looking at!

Come on. You know that worn out joke about statistical betrayal of one`s wife?

I might remember it if you post it, can't say at this time of night my brain's going to spare my blushes and retrieve it voluntarily...

If your neighbour betrayed his wife twice while you didn`t, statistics say you betrayed yours at least once.

Conclusion: average prices of flats/houses from the Net may go down substantially when you contact the owner in real life.

Not heard that before, but I do get the drift, good stuff :O)

Looks like the high rents are due to demand.

Had an ad on Gumtree seeking a flat at what used to be a reasonable rent - not one response.

Put some offers in on some flats, rejected. Seems pretty buoyant for landlords if the flat's half decent.

Wait until the first set of winter heating bills hit, landlords can then get a bit nervous.

Thanks Harry :o)

I'm quite fed up where I am - neighbourhood's gone right down, drunks at night, gangs and skinheads, noise from the selfish types upstairs, and the monthly admin/service charge up too.
