Hi! I speak fluent Polish and English, as well as a little bit of French and I was wondering what the highest paying jobs are and how much I could expect to earn from them (per month)

well i guess it would depend on your skills and qualifications. I daresay the highest paid job might be, say, neuro surgeon, but you dont mention if you are qualified for this.

I am trying to decide what to study at university/ what career I should go into, that's why I'm asking, I'd like to see what sort of jobs are most transferable between the countries I'd like to live in and what they pay :)

If you don't feel disgust when touching other people become a dentist. 10 people x 300zl = 3000zl per day.

The overheads can be very high, however it's one of those careers where you can always get work somewhere.

Dentists are one of the many "double time" professions where they are able to charge the private fee and still put the customer through zus and get paid again. Wonderfully resourceful!!!

Currently software engineers are in high demand and those with any kind of blockchain experience can command v large signing on fees. If you are more interested in mathematics or finance then good risk managers are also in demand.
