Ok, but I say 'NO' to making Poland the Schrottplatz of Europe.
Sure, but even more important than cars is the opportunity for our farmers to get
cheaply, good quality, used farming machinery from Germany. I don't know about
other regions of Poland but in Pomerania, Ziemia Lubuska and Lower Silesia
most farmers work with used German farming machinery. They wouldn't be able
to afford new machines and plowing a field with a horse is a little bit outdated
nowadays :-)
If we moved to Britain's place, hundreds of thousands of Poles wouldn't be able to travel
quickly and easily to work in Germany and support their families in Poland (and let's not
forget that in 2011 Germany will open its work market for Poles).
Poland gets more benefits from our neighbourhood with Germany than we sometimes realise.
