Care to point to the time when he excused and enabled a paedophile priest? Or the time he was banned from the roads for being a danger to every road user? Or the time he was sentenced to a multi-year prison sentence for abuse of powers? Or the time he was caught defrauding the Polish taxpayer while enriching himself? Or the time Szydlo promised he wouldn't be in her cabinet?
Ah, now I see why he isn't qualified to be part of the current PIS regime.
