Looks like "Legal Eagle" can add the Council of Europe to the list of institutions of which he knows nothing.
A group of carpetbagging foreigners who still claim primary allegiance to foreign powers and wish to undermine Poland's democratically elected government should not hold Polish citizenship.
Fortunately, here in Europe, the right to demonstrate and protest is considered a basic human right.
The Polish government is now being petitioned to require foreigners who have accepted Polish citizenship to renounce foreign citizenship(s), or face penalties, including loss of citizenship. It is time to end this nonsense.
You do realise that such a law would hurt the ex-USSR Polonia considerably, and they would be very, very unhappy if the government tried to implement such a thing? For that reason, the government will have absolutely no interest in enacting such a thing, not that a one-man petition will actually change anything.
You can all love Poland or leave Poland.
We love Poland. That's why we're taking to the streets tomorrow.
