Don't let Poland become like my country, France.

The fact that hardly anyone wants to move to Poland isn't really something to be proud of.

The poverty is truly the best and in fact the only shield against the invasion of foreigners who want to prosper in a foreign country. France should then lower her living standard and make poverty her highest virtue - Res sacra miser.

Poland is currently in a perfect cultural situation. Poles that fall for Western propaganda, pack up move and never return (bringing their filth back). Poles that remain in Poland do not want outside interference.

Multiculturalism has never worked.

You are doing great, perogi2000. Just keep on posting, and anyone dropping in on Polish Forums will give Poland a very wide berth.

Poland is right in the center of Europe, and belongs to the Western world. Loads of outside interference for Poland I'm afraid.

Multiculturalism has never worked.

Multiculturalism is nothing new.
We'd still be living in the Stone Age if it wasn't for multiculturalism.
It's a natural evolution of human history.

You shall have to offer me an example of multiculturalism working, first.

The France, Brazil and Holland football teams are miles ahead of the representatives of Poland. The more unsuccessful the country is, the more likely it is to be monocultural. North Korea is the most obvious example.

Sports? Haha

The more cultures you put into the Pot, the more watered down it gets. Not to mention look at crime statistics. A better football team. Come on, was that a joke?

Or the richer it gets, even.

Great. So the likes of Poland and North Korea are wonderful examples of pure culture. Pity the poor people in France, the US and the UK.

And Japan during the 60's-80's was a great example.

Richer for whom?

USA is a ghetto dump
London is no longer British
France is a North African colony

None of those 3 countries are in the TOP 10 for living standards. But TOP 5 for outsiders coming in and robbing the system.

Have you spent much time in either of those places?

Come to Birmingham, Alum Rock, have walk here and see how friendly local muslims are here :-)

you see i think you might be a bit ignorant and not actually realise the range of countries that muslims might come from

Can Christians be characterized as 'friendly/unfriendly'? Does that mean that Polish people are the same as Mexicans, Australians, many sub-Saharan Africans, South Sea islanders, all of whom are nominally Christian? Some Muslims are nice and some aren't. The same with Christians, unbelievers and so on.

well quite that was kind of my point.

I have never said that every muslim is a bad person

And I was agreeing with it.

I have never said that every muslim is a bad person

But generally you don't like them.

This makes no more sense than to generally dislike Christians.

Multiculturalism has never worked.

Multiculturalism has been working for me wonderfully. Perhaps that's because I detest racism and I'm curious about other cultures and I love meeting people that can show me a wrold I haven't known before.

All the Muslims that i have met have been absolutely lovely people.

Same with me, although I think I know what Jaszek5 has on his mind - it's not the Muslim people or Islam itself that is scary, but the extremist views that seem to have more power in some parts of the Islamic world that they have in Europe, even the Muslim people that I know are not happy about it. I think the way the problem is spoken about in the media is very wrong as it doesn't distinguish clearly enough between the extremists and the millions of normal Muslim people who are perfectly capable of living peacefully next to their Christian or atheist or other neighbours

Poland might soon fill up with Ukrainians. Would this be OK? I assume as long as they are not black will make it OK with the PIS types.

People are the same all over, influenced by their environment.

Neither comment was addressed to me but what do posters think about Sharia Law being established in host countries? That sort of 'diversity' is fundamentally different and is it "too great to overcome"?

I think lack of the Christmas tree in the in his city centre he might find hard to overcome if one day there are too many muslims offended by this in his home city like it happened in one of the Danish cities.

It was actually a small housing estate where they didn't bother to buy one; the town of had its decorations in the city centre as normal, but don't let facts get in the way of hysteria.

Interesting. You are most concerned with very public manifestations of particular religious beliefs.
I always thought that making Christmas less of a spectacle would be more... Christian. Don't you find that marketing ones spirituality cheapens it?

Tell me more as I'm so sick of people crying over this one.

so, do you think the Brits and the Irish(5% of population) were right to let so many Poles into their countries? Are their cultures similar enough? Or do you think they are soft liberals? Would you have a problem with Catholics Nigerian coming to Poland to help deal with the shrinking population?
