Don't let Poland become like my country, France.

it was Europe, who once went around the globe looting other country off their riches and forcing other countries to become their colonies.

So what ? Few Europeans countries did that, besides it was long ago.

It was once again Europe who brought in immigrants in the 60s and 70s as workers and to develop itself. And now that she is developed and lost control over the immigrants, she is no longer able to control wants to move the blame to others.

It was a big mistake, so It's quite obvious that lesson should be lernt, isn't it ?

I will just summarize by saying that, what once Europe did to others, others are now doing it to Europe! Give it a though and fill in the dots yourself.

do you have any idea that, there are more than 3 million Poles who have immigrated out of Poland to work in other countries! Similarly, there are millions of other Europeans who work in other countries out of Europe.

So what ? What's kind of logic is that ? If a guy from India rapes some Polish woman, does it mean that I have a right to rape Indian one ? Besides, non-European immigration is being discussed here, not intra-European one.

The problem, as history has shown us, is that once you set off down a certain road, it can be hard to reverse.

It is patently obvious that the white race is on the road of extinction. Dangerously low birth rates, high non white birth rates, mass non european immigration combined with miscegenation will wipe out the european race, as we know it, in a few short decades. Technically speaking, whites are now at a shouting distance from becoming minorities in their own countries. I finished school in 2004. At that time, there were circa twenty foreign nationals out of nine hundred students. Now, since 2011, non nationals make up the majority. Only took seven years.

The same will eventually happen in Poland. Its only a matter of time.

Multiculturalism and diversity is targeted at white countries only.

except Israel. ;)

go figure..

Most of the 27 EU member states did not have colonies.

What a lame excuse for mass immigration.

true say, bro!

Poland needs a slap across the head to wake itself up, and now couldn't have been a better time.

France is archaic in some ways. It's surprising it's a country in Western Europe. In some ways it is stuck in outmoded ways of thinking. Let's hope it gets with the times. This is really why a country should be glad it is not like France.

France should just repatriate all its non europeans.

Simples.

France is a great nation, it needs these people like a hole in the head.

The UK, France, Italy, Germany, and one or two others colonised parts of the world.

er. off the top of my head......Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark,......not really 'one or two others'.
Any idea how much say, France and Belgium profited from colonialism>?
if you are ever in Antwerp, check out the main train station, a cathedral to the riches of slavery and colonialism.
So now there are more than a few immigrants from their (ex) possessions...tough s.hit really.

So what?

It's History, it doesn't mean you have to accept all and sundry from the far flung shitholes of the globe.

Great topic, let this be a warning for all multicultural minded Poles: multiculturalism may look harmless when the numbers of coloured immigrants are still low, but if Poland is not going to stop immigration soon, it will inevitably turn into a multicultural dump similar to France (and many other countries in western Europe).

There's one positive aspect to this, though: they will no longer be able to blame Whitey! lol ;)

This thread is full of ignorance. People are wrongfully blaming skin color and multiculturalism. Just to **** some of you off, I'll let you know I donate a lot of money to organizations that support multiculturalism.

Slavs do not seem to tolerate muslims in masses.

It's funny how there are millions of Slavic Muslims (i.e. Bosniaks).

proper English food is fine, really, but the key word is here is proper

And its key to this thread, that a Frenchman can overturn a market stall selling English food (it happened recently) but English cuisine has absorbed influences from around the world. Even without that it's still delicious...

no we don't eat dogs....;)

Perhaps you have unwittingly. Eaten in an asian restaurant recently?

BTW on topic now, how could Poland 'become like France', its a sillly topic.

By emulating its immigration policies.

RN it was a joke, 'pies' means 'dog' in Polish. I daresay I may well have a had a taste of dog or horse, but unlike our weird neighbours in France, I don't make a habit of it...;)

By emulating its immigration policies.

it's just a wrong comparison.
France had and still has untold colonies and possessions around the world. Poland had none.(AFAIK)

There's nothing wrong with a decent pie, is there? A pie is really just a bigger, baked version of a pieróg (note the spelling, Pol-Ams :p ), to be fair. Yet many Poles will say "pierogi are great" but English pies are "English muck", lol.

Why do so many people have such a problem with pies?? They rule! I had a Balti pie in Birmingham once, so I decided to make some keema masala pierogi. Very nice they were, too. The average Pole would naturally complain about the absence of that "wyjątkowy Polski smak", but it's my gaff, so my rules! I bet the French can't be so imaginative! haha

Besides, I'm sure that sascha can kindly tell us about that world-beating Serbian cuisine which everyone raves about. I don't think I'll be rushing out to buy a "Serbian Cookbook" any time soon. :)

I can't think of anything more overrated than French food, though. They do excellent cheese, but that's about it, imo. That's one way in which Poland ought to become more like France, though - Polish cheese isn't that great.
