A surprise visit to Poland - need a general advice? Have no idea..

Well,my question would be seem a bit stupid so please accept my apologies
There is a guy that I'm talking to online,we've never seen each other yet but have been talking for a while and its like I started feeling sth for him(which I find kinda stupid but it just happened) and now planning to a surprise visit to Poland(I'm from Netherlands) as I know he is graduating soon,in that way maybe we can spend sometime together but the problem is I have no idea how to show signs that I like him? Especially when we think we will have a really limited time.How would he react to a surprise kiss? Is this sth so extraordinary and rude in Poland? Or what should I before the revealing session? Maybe I shouldnt behave that instant what you think?

I wouldn't call myself a specialist in the love matters, not at all, but I don't think a gril from any country would be happy with so direct approach. Although it depends how well you know each other. If you come to Poland, meet her, I think she would be very happy, but about a surprise kiss - I am not sure about that.
