Marriage with a polish woman - Heaven or Forever Hell ?

Poland Reality 2013:

If a divorce is initiated after a male cheats on his spouse,
the male is likely to lose custody of his children, 50% of his wealth
and be forced with larges financial obligations to his exwife
and to the children, for the rest of his life.

If a divorce is initiated after it is discovered that a female has
cheated on her spouse,
then the male is still likely to lose custody of his children (the
ones that are his)
and be forced to pay with large financial obligations even to the
children that aren't his.

Judges in divorce cases are a large majority women,
but the laws of divorce are also bended on women's total advantage.

Marriage is, in short, the real everyday story of male liability at
all costs and in nearly all situations.
It is the product of the divorce laws that, in effect,
removed any protection for the men
and replaced them with a system that incentivizes the initiation of
divorce by women,
regardless of their actions.

My opinion is that you should have thought twice before you cheated on your Polish woman.

even when the wife is a wh*re who slept with half of the men in Poland,
still she gets the children and financial compensation for the children for the rest of their lives...
all on the hard work of the husband who was cheated upon and broke his heart...

Mothers are biologically the raisers of children and men are biologically the providers. Laws just reflect this human condition.

That's what you get for not marrying English. An English lass would never do that.

As for maintenance (alimony) payments, a decision as to how much should be paid depends on the needs of the children and the wife.
It's usual for an absent father to pay maintenance until his children finish education. How much he pays depends on his income and outgoings.

As regards custody, that is usually given to the mother,with the father having access rights, though if there are no objections, joint custody is perfectly normal.

In making these decisions, the welfare of the children is important, not whether the soon to be ex-wife is a complete slapper!


All i know about Polish family courts, is the horror stories i've read on here. I would like to think that judges have the best interests of the children at heart, but as in the UK, no system is perfect. Generally, it appears as if the mother has the better deal, but mostly it will be her looking after the children, and possibly unable to work herself. Don't make light of how hard it is to be a mum.

Incidentally, i never received a single penny in child support from my son's father. He was determined he wouldn't pay, and he got away with it.

So we heard a lot of opinions from women.

I'm not married to a Polish woman (unfortunately), though I'd like to be.

It's my experience that Polka are kind, loving, honourable people who would make amazing spouses. But then, I've met only a handful so am basing my observations on a small sample. It may be that others here who've had less positive experiences are falling into the same trap, only worse.

I was married to a polish woman ( I am polish 2).I live in Canada , one day I decided that I will find me a wife in Poland and so I did ...brought her here , shared everything I had with her , worked my tail off to provide my family with good life ...but all went down the tube ....already Canadian citizen , tasted some of the benefits living in this country she decided to file for divorce ...fast forward , I lost everything , paying trough my nose for lawyers , courts , constant battle for my child , depression etc . She however seems to enjoy it all ..."on the system" , free house , free money and absolutely no intentions of getting a job .But what is the sadest part in all of it ,is that the family law , court system ,welfare system is right behind her , there is ZERO symphaty for men , we have no rights , we are supposed to work and support our lazy ex spouses , the harder man work , the more money man makes , the more he is going to get screwed by the system . My advice to all men and some women ...STAY SINGLE or make significantly less money than your future spouse and then get married , so you dont end up paying through your noses for your ex and her new boyfriend while they enjoy their Florida vacations on your tab ,and you are standing in the line at local food bank .

A big mistake! I find dudes who are looking for a wife in a foreign countries - shifty - and their motivation suspicious. Also a good guy in his haste can make a mistake. He should ask himself - what kind of woman would leave her country and her family for a guy she know a month or so? Life is no a movie as you have learned the hard way.

WHY on average, men live 62 years, while women live 79 years in Poland?

because the men are accused all their lives if they chated one time, they lose the kids
and their money in divorce, so when they are old, nobody is there for them to take care of them,
so they die in misery...
