What do you like about Polish men? How would you describe them?

They have a potty mouth. That's incredible quality to have. I like it.

I like about their honest and never cheating that's why I married one and it's great !!

Great liars,big fat ego,can go without changing clothes for days/ weeks,boring and only make fake promises.

LOL. also, a dry/bland sense of humour.

I'm not sure what good qualities Polish men can have. Whatever they are, they certainly don't have anything to do with their physical appearances. Never have I ever witnessed so many ugly men as I have when I was in Poland.

I doubt that - there are ugly men in every country...

Yeah, but percentage-wise, there are more ugly men in Poland than most other countries.

All south Europeans are more attractive than Polish men.

it's a matter of taste. I am Polish and for me the handsome Polish men are more handsome than handsome men in most of countries in Europe. it's true there are not very many handsome Polish men but in which country in Europe handsome men are majority?most of people in the world look average. not everyone thinks metrosexual = handsome. I don't like men in southern Europe at all. maybe except some Serbian and Croatian guys.

This is my point. Handsome men are a rarity in Poland.


I agree but most Polish men are not average. They are well below average!

I do not think that all Polish men are the same since everyone has their own personality, but in the past I did have many Polish male friends. They were very friendy, relaxed, and simple people.

I rather like Polish men ... and seeing I am now single after 21 years of an arrogant , stuck up , selfish , cheating English guy then who knows .

In a relationship they carry your bags, open doors for you, don't let you worry about stuff, polite, shy, sweet and very caring.

But SURELY all men should do that - they should have respect for a woman (which should be taught to them by the parents). Opening doors, carrying bags, being quiet when the woman speaks, paying for whatever items the woman desires.

Now find me a man like that and I'll be there like a rat up a drainpipe. ...

Terri, every man is like that at heart but if you want them to behave like a gentleman you have to behave like a lady......seriously though, you have to let men know that you expect them to open the door, carry your bags etc. When I was at art college I never set up my own easel or lugged my heavy portfolio around the place. The first week I watched the other girls struggling with these huge, heavy easels and I just thought, I'm not doing that so I looked around and announced 'Could someone give me a hand with this please?' And two or three fine young Irish lads stepped up to the plate. After that I never had to ask again.

For that you need to be at least f-able, so that is not advice all 'ladies' can follow.

I am not into men who pay for me though. I'm not bothered about that from polish men just the nice cute stuff. And I like that they can hold a good conversation with you

As a pole returning from overseas, i find the most striking character trait in polish guys here, is their penchant for building dogmatic positions from scanty evidence, and then jumping at every opportunity to fight to death to defend it..

But you know what climate played an important role, that's why all people from indo-pak have long and snake style pen** Thanks to Indian, Afghans, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Nepalis

Polish men, in my opinion, are educated, the most handsome in Europe, ambitious and not afraid to speak their mind :)

@Welch: have you lived in Poland? If so, you would know that most Polish (but same applies also to any other group) men don't fit your imagination.
