Polish Girls negative or positive personality trait?

Sorry torny, the smart ones know what they are doing in the kitchen.

smart ones, my goodness me these girls were top of the class, i guess that just shows that the Poles are sometimes more obsessed with education than everyday living :)

Well, practicality is very much part of the Polish psyche but that is changing as they have started to eat more fast food and do less in the kitchen. I've gotten my fiancee off of McD's and pizza, she is doing well. She's a good weight :)

Having read about the last six months posts (yeah it's a slow wed night here but aided by copious quantities of beer) I might as well join the fray (donning flack vest).

First I must give my sincere applause for the decency of the "dialogue" thus here conducted. Nice to see Western Civilization hasn't completely collapsed. (Underway I'm sure or at least transforming)

Real point of interest is I'm a US citizen who has recently become quite captivated by a Polish lass of 26 (I'm a bit more than that) with whom I've worked via the Internet (she-Editor/myself-technical writer/author) for the past five months. I must admit having found more than a bit of humor in the "tete-a-tete" in regards to the subject.

Most interesting to find that some of the "shoes" do fit but none are really problematic in her case unless you consider being motivated and driven a bad thing.

To put this in perspective I'm learning Polish and looking for IT ops in Warszawa. And...

Fire at will! :)

Many are anorexic. Too concerned about what others think of them. Skinny on the outside, but mentally insecure on the inside.
The fat ones at least don't care what others say and have confidence in themselves because who cares what they look like?

I wouldn't say anorexic but rather fit and thin, or average to chubby. But that's just me after having been to Poland many times.

Just like all the girls all across the world. So, surprise! There is no difference between Polish girlies and chickadees from all over the world.

They're anorexic. It was just on the Polish news yesterday, about a Polish anorexic who wrote a book.
And many don't exercise, they don't run, don't work out and their body feels like cottage cheese.

Polish women never ever pay their own way and this is not good and explains why alot of them are a bit slutty!

if a guy asks me out i let him pay, isn't that how it's supposed to be? if he expects 'dessert' at the end he can order one from the menu. only tossers expect stuff like that when they take you out for the first time so even if you do pay for yourself it won't matter, they'll find another way to bed you and leave you but that might be more painful than finding out whom you're dealing with right at the start. your body langage and the way you handle the situation play the key role, letting or not letting the guy pay have nothing to do with anything. if you act like a lady then they will never try anything on with you. if you act slutty the you can pay for yourself but still be a slut. but then you have this sick satisfaction that you are just as good as any man hey!

if you pay your own way that's what you'll always be expected to do, and everytime they treat you they'll go on about it forever, or better, they'll ask you to pay for everything! the old traditional way is best and you are right that most of you UK ladies try to be so independent and show men you don't need them for anything as you can do it all yourself. you don't thank them for opening doors, helping you with your chair cos you can do it yourself and that's why so many of them are rude bast*rds because they think all women are so goddamn stuck up and proud. you have no femininity left in you, men want to take care of women not to be bossed around. so many guys i met here basically expect the woman to take charge and make all the decisions for them, choose where to go and what to do, it's insane. at least you realise what you're doing wrong!

I have one polish girlfriend who complained constantly when she got married that all her husband seemed to do was work, however she wanted holidays, meals in nice restaurants and didn't seem to make the connection between having to work and earning the money to pay for all these nice things,

there are some deluded, emotionally handicapped women like that everywhere and not just in Poland. treating a woman is totally different from sponsoring her.

It all boils down to discussion. In the absence of any agreement, the guy is expected to pay but sometimes it makes the woman feel better if she pays. It generally runs parallel to earnings and basic humanity in relationships. My overheads have shot up so my fiancee knows this and tries to compensate for our collective benefit. It just depends what you are comfortable with and also acknowledging the reality that, temporarily, things can be tough.

I'd never allow the situation where I paid for everything. The low level of gratitude just isn't worth it. Think smart, think Scottish :)

It's also about pulling ones weight. If you do more than your fair share, you should pay less in other ways.

Hello, I want to share with you a little experience with a Poland girl.
I met her in Milan and we were sit in front of the cathedral, after some minute we start to speck about our life. She was a student at the last year of the University. She stady Marketing and she likes go aroud the world. After an hour I take the metro with her and bring her to railway station to go back in Poland. She was so kind and I was hit by her open mind and intelligence. If all the Polish girls are like her they are really positive personality. Unfortunatelly I don't have her contact beacuse I didn't take the opportunity, but that meeting was great!!

Well, some are just plain sluts. No matter how you turn it. But most of them are over the top, like said: dress up too kitschy, dance too wild, drink too much, etc. They are easy when drunk, hence a great deal of them are called party-wh*res and get invited very frequently for parties.

what did you smoke at these parties to not be able to make a difference between an ordinary slut and a girl? The threads is about PL girls, not PL sluts....

Well, sluts happen to be girls most of the time. This thread was about positive and negative traits of young PL females. So I complied to the topic of the thread because I wanted to contribute.

M-G (and I was afraid of mods kicking me into the darkness of suspension for being off topic)

When a polish girl writes to me I miss you so much,my natural reaction is to search in my pocket.

I dunno why but I doubt the sincerity of what they write. With most Polish women I have met, I have always received the impression that there's sth niggling inside of them. They have the 'snap' gene.

It doesn't matter as long as they call you kochanie.

Um, I'd rather it be heartfelt and not out of a sense of, 'oh, it's that time again, time to call him kochanie'.

Positive at times. Negative at times. For the most part, positive. Only negative with good reason, generally.

i woulld agree that there is more positives than negatives, however don't make them seem so angel like by suggesting they are only negative with good reason, that bull pooh

If they are negative for no good reason, you are hanging around the wrong PL ladies!

you could be right there, howeve the thread is not about who i hang around its about Polish women in general, you cannot hide the negatives and just say 'they are all positive and only negative when its called for' that is a lie :)
ShawnH  8 | 1488

the thread is not about who i hang around its about Polish women in general

But if you hang around a gaggle of PL Lovelies, who happen to have a Negative outlook, and I hang around a bevvie of PL Beauties, who happen to have a Positive outlook, I would suggest that they are Positive, while you would suggest they are negative. It all depends on the sample size. I really don't think anybody has done significant enough sampling to give a true picture.

Most Polish girls I have met are sensuous, practical classy and tough. They can run rings around their British partners and husbands by ensuring that their husbands are well shaved and smart looking, dress well, that children look well groomed and are well mannered, that home cooking is nutritional, that they often have better jobs than their partners and have time for alternative lovers as well, of which their besotted partners/husbands know nothing.

Recently saw them descrived as specialists on health and good at kissing in new book called "Hello I'm Your Polish Neighbour".

Sounds like Polish girls are a good call.

Be right back, I'm going to get myself one.

I work at the Marriott and every polish girl I ever met is overly harsh, judgmental, sassy and a smart-aleck. I hate working with them, period. Also need to get rid of illegal immigrants and this would quickly solve the issue big time.
