Transferring Driver's license - keep old one?

i live outside EU - what's the procedure for getting a Polish driver's license (and residency card as well while i'm asking).??

how long do I have to wait in line at the office? haha

You cannot get either of those things without a registered address in Poland.

not a problem. how long does it take to get a residency card / Proof of residence? what documents needed to get this? links?

Absolute minimum is 47 days (possibly 45 if you can get all the timing spot on). Realistic minimum is 60 days.
