Graffiti problem in Poland

Most of those are legal graffiti. Some housing communities even pay graffiti artists to decorate the walls of their tower blocks to make them look nicer.

And this relates to my question how?

Just a fact that most of the pics that I've posted are legal graffiti art. No persons were harmed in the process

And no, my house has never been sprayed, especially with me standing in front of it. But I imagine that I wouldn't be happy about it

Poland is tagged up more than the worst hoods in the USA. It's quite sad. At least here when you start seeing grafitti you know you're entering a non white area. In Poland if you stop seeing grafitti you've probably entered a forest. and it's not even gangs or cliques claiming turf it's just swear words, white power symbols or soccer clubs logos/names.

...just mindless vandalism.
The real shocker was when I sat down next some 40-something guy in the same park and asked him how do you, guys, put up with this nonsense. His reply was: it's just kids and we got used to it. Do you ever get angry? No. What's the use. Pathetic.

This is when I recalled with fondness that case in Singapore and the beating the a-hole got. I am sure he never did it again in Singapore.

Yup that seems to be every poles excuse. What's surprising though is that the kids atleast have enough respect to avoid religious and cultural sites and tend to avoid new modern buildings. But houses and especially bloki are fair game. That's just ridiculous it should be the opposite. Tag up some hipsters office, not your own apartment building....

Spot on. I was so surprised how clean Gdansk Old Town was that I stopped at the local police station to find out how so.

That window next to number 6 was ours. It's near Plac Zbawiciela. It was sad to see.
