What's up 'Malhotra'? Is Namaste kicking your restaurant's arse? Certainly sounds like it. Your post is nothing but sour grapes and bullsh!t.
I'm amazed at how you managed to see what the cooking staff wear: it's impossible to see into the kitchen. And how can you claim to know anything about the toilet? It is for staff only (and yes I have asked to use it before and they told me I couldn't).
Your comment about prices if complete bollocks too. Butter chicken at Namaste is 18zl. At Buddha it is 28zl. At Tandoor Palace it is 32zl. At India Curry it (or at least the Murgh Makhani) is also 32zl. But the stuff at Namaste is better even if you ignore the prices!
I eat Namaste (delivered to my office for lunch) at least twice a week and have done so for more than two years. It has never made me ill.
You really are on a roll with your lies! The frozen curries at M & S are more expensive than the stuff at Namaste! It's also nothing like as good. Not even close. Admittedly the tinned curries are cheaper than Namaste (14zl vs 18zl) but that's because they are crap.
I've just been down to M&S (not to buy curry though). The frozen curries are 22zl.

Also you can buy canned indian food at Marks and Spencer stores with cans of dall, lamb curry, chicken curry, butter chicken, naans and much more varieties with typical british taste at the price way cheaper then namaste india which has same sauce/curry base.
