It depends on your visa type.

Yep.

The Karta Pobytu effectively acts as a 3 month tourist visa in other EU countries.

However, not all countries accept this - best practice is to stay within the Schengen zone.

You can't work there but you can go there.

You will need to apply for a residence permit of that country, along with a work permit. The Polish Karta Pobytu only entitles you to reside in Poland, nowhere else.

Sorry but I don't understand your question.

but i will can going for visit?

You can visit other countries in the Schengen zone but you can not work in them.

Merged: Travel in Europe with Temporary Polish Residency

I'm a foreigner working in Poland. I currently have a Shengen VISA but it expires in a few months and then I will apply for a temporary Polish Residency. Does any-one know whether there are travel restrictions on the residency card. Or can I travel for short holidays to any EU country? :-)

In theory yes but which passport you hold can affect your ability to travel.

I think that you need Visa to Bulgaria, as it's not in Schengen. Here they write only that you can go without Visa to Schengen countries:

yes, nothing has changed, since both Poland and Spain are still within the Schengen area:
europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/travel/entry-exit/non-eu-nationals/index_en.htm

"If your visa is from a "Schengen area" country, it automatically allows you to travel to the other Schengen countries as well. If you have a valid residence permit from one of those Schengen countries, it is equivalent to a visa. "

No, definitely not. Karta pobytu allows you to travel visa-free within Shengen, but you must have a valid passport with you.

yes, you are right. the residence card is just the visa: "If you are a non-EU national wishing to visit or travel within the EU, you will need a passport and possibly a visa..." but a visa is only valid together with a passport.

Is that possible ?

Impossible, sadly. You need a valid passport, and yes, Ryanair will check it at the airport.
