Polish residency card - how long to request a new card after losing the old one?

We have lost my wife's Polish residency card - how long will it take to arrange a new card?

Will we need to start the application all over again or can we simply request a reprint of the card?- It was a very new card, only 1-2 months old.

Any advice on how to do this, any other information would be great, thanks.

By the way, I am British, she is Chinese. We both live in Warsaw.

First, she should promptly notify about this fact the voivode that issued this card. This should be up to 3 days from the date of loss. Then the application is made for the replacement of residence card. She need to fill an application, submit two recent photos 4,5 cm × 3,5 cm, proof of identity and citizenship (1 photocopy + original available for inspection). It is also often required to provide a proof of notification to the Police about the loss of this document.

After proper application she'll receive a certificate (free of charge) that confirms this fact.

Hi,
I am a non-EU citizen married to Polish.I got my first residence card for one and half year at first time.Now its time to renew my residence card,at the first time,immigration officer took an interview to us to hear, hereabouts.

My question,Do we have to give an interview for one more time to renew my residence card?If anybody have an experience of renewing a residence card as a non-EU spouse of Polish citizen please write your experience.THANKS#

I was never interviewed for my 2 year cards which I applied for and got it twice or three times I forgot now,but was interviewed when I got my "permission to settle card" in 2009.
