Poland presidential election: Voting abroad?

Whoever is going to vote abroad remember to do all the paperwork and post the application in your local city council/office till 10th of June.

Well they still have 2 hours !!! now 1.15 ;)

I actually though that it's till 10th including 10th ; p

Usually you have to 12 noon if my memory doesn't fail me :)

Actually today is the last day until they close offices which is usually 16 ; o

In in the United States, it's usually the Superior Court judge that decides if your competent to vote. In Washington state, it's on a case-by-case basis. You can have a guardian and vote, but not if the state is your ward.
