What is the fate of a child born Polish and later was adopted outside of Poland?
Is he entitled to a Polish citizenship?
are there any precedents or interesting trials I can read about in the internet concerning trials of adopted Polish children and their rights?

kind regards
Ana

If born after 1962 the kid is a Polish citizen. Art. 4. of the law on Polish citizenship: :The acquisition of Polish citizenship by birth occurs when:

1) both parents are Polish citizens;"

If born before that date it's less clear cut.

That could get complicated. The matter of when or if (and under what circumstances) the child took any other citizenship will be important. You might be best off contacting your local Polish consulate and asking them for advice. If they say there's no claim to a Polish passport, you might want to then speak to a specialist immigration/citizenship lawyer.

I already got an answer it's problematic that is why we wish to check for precedents concerning child adoptions I can look at,
The birth parents were killed in a accident and the child was adopted by a non Polish couple got his new citizenship in the year of adoption (1950)
