Hi guys,

I'm MEMET from Egypt

I got a job in Wroclaw, Poland and they are offering me a good salary but I'm supposed to be there to start on the 3rd of June 2013 and they told me that the procedures of getting the work permission may exceed more than 2 months.

I'm thinking to get a visit visa for 3 months then I can pursue the procedures there..Is it gonna work that way ?

If its not, so how is it gonna be? Is there any other way ? I'm trapped

Waiting
Regards,
MEMET

If you have a degree from a Polish university, then you don't need work permission -- you only need residency permission.

Rather yes, even if the procedure will last longer ( which for sure will :D :D) and you're visa will expire, they usually give you some sort of a stamp on your passport. That proves that you're in the middle of the process of getting a residence permit. I don't know though if you are eligible to work during the first 3 months( before getting the residence permit ).

Good luck
