Having Job and About Law with company owner in Poland

Im sorry for my bad English but I will try my best.

My friend has company in Poland. She is the owner. She has company with 3 people(she and 3 people) but on the papers she is the owner and other 3 are looking like they are workers in there. She has problems with them now. They are threating her ''You are the boss and we are working in here without reporting to the ministiry(without insurance) you have to leave the company or we will go to police and you will go to jail for that. We shouldnt work in here actually''

Im not sure but she said something like ''After 2 persons, you have to say this to the ministiry(goverment) and you have to pay more for that to the goverment. At first we deal with this guys about everything and they are threating me like this'' Normally they are friends! and opened this company together but after some problem, they started acting like that to her.

What can she do now? She has write to defend herself? Im sorry for my English, I know I couldnt say everything good but If you all understand, please help.

She certainly wont go to prison and its not a police matter, rather would be dealt with by a court summons from a body called PIP (labor inspectors)

If she is the owner then I don't see how they can make her leave.

Really the best thing for her to do is to sit with these other guys and come up with a solution - it's probably six of one and half a dozen of the other.

They are forcing her ''Give us the company or We will go to the police'' Like I said they are just threating her. Normally they are friends! yeah what a friends, right!

I really forgot but I guess they offered second option like ''Give us the company, you are not gonna be the owner but we will give you 15-20 percent and you will be part of here like that. We will share(3 people) other %80'' Or Im not sure did they say this second option or not.

They can really 'hurt' her because of something like that? They created that place together. 4 of them were working together because they were 'friends' After some problem, they are acting bad and cursing/forcing her to do something like that! Like they are the victim, they didnt want to work like that etc etc but at the beginning they had to choose someone for being boss on the papers and they choosed her.

Can they really do something or Can she defend herself good?

Is this company worth something ? Is it profitable?

If so then she can probably be in a strong position. The Police will have no interest in that and any other legal steps will take months, possibly years. But if there is money at stake she should get a lawyer

If its not profitable why doesnt she just walk away and let them get on with it ?

Not that so much profitable but It has potential. She just love that job. This place is about entartainment. She has doubts about her life If she will resign from there(how can she earn money at somewhere etc etc)

These guys are not acting good and talking so rude and she has to see them all the time. She just dont know what to do.
