Hi.
I have recently divorced from my ex wife. I would like to know if ever I could try and get a polish passport. I have lived around 2 years with her (one year in the UK and one year in Poland).
At the moment I am travelling a lot (business trip) and sometimes it is really a pain in the a*se for my employer to do some paper work in order to get me a visa to some countries in order to fulfil my duties where a European passport holder could easily go on my behalf.
I don't want to be kind of the black sheep and let the chance to work in different countries from time to time slip my hands.
I am currently with my fiancée for two years and don't want to get married because I know myself how painful it could be at some point and she agrees with me.
So I would like to know if I could get a polish passport or a permanent resident upon the fact that I was married for a bit more than two years with a Polish girl.
Thank you for your guidance (no silly comments please).
Karl
