This is the case: The person in this case is a naturalized Polish Citizen, they got married in Poland before he became a citizen. She is Polish by birth and have lived together as a married couple for almost 10 years here in Poland. They have a 3 year old child. Have together a mortgage for the flat they live in with their child. A car which is in both their names. She works full time and has a small company registered in her name (to save on taxes and insurances) and he is involved in the small company but not officially. She has always earned more than him ( PIT 11 eveidence from the time they were married). He is at home with the child while she works and has been doing so from the time the child turned one. I know the courts will always favour the women but his case is kind of unique because he looks after the child while she works. He doesn't want to lose his daughter or his flat. What would the divorce verdict be in such a case if they put the blame on each other's character and from his side sexual frustration caused by the fact that after child birth she wouldn't consummate with him.

I'm not a prophet, but unless the woman is an addict, mentally ill or similar there is a low chance the husband will get the custody of the child - if you haven't worked full time most of the time the court will definitely question your ability to support the child, as well
