Dear all,
We just applied for temporary residence permits about 2 weeks ago and understand that the inspector may request additional documents by mail, during his/her review of the applications. The literature we were provided with the applications says that we should appoint a representative to receive such correspondence while we are away from the registered address temporarily (e.g. travel overseas) or any such letter may be delivered to our neighbors for handling, which is the last thing we want happen.
I have scoured the internet but couldn't find any information how I could appoint a representative. Would anyone on the forum know what the formal process is? You advice would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
