WHAT IS POLAND'S ACT LAW IF SOMEONE SUBMITTED FAKE STATEMENT IN COURT

hi, one and half year ago my wife submitted a fake nad false statement in court that I tried to kidnapped our baby.

Now after a long time I got some recording and evidences which proved that her mother forces to her to write to court that her husband wanted to kidnapped baby which is based on lie story. if she will not write to court her mother kick out from her house.

so please some one expert can give me legal advise what I have to do now????
I have stronge evidences that my wife and her mother just give a facked and lied statement aganist me in court????
and just pissing me more than 2 years.

what are polish law act if a person give false statement in court???
what I can take action aganist this fake and false statement she give aganist me in court??
