Opening up a business with my Russian friend (from Kazakhstan) to get and renew Polish work visa

Hello,

I am American and I would like to open a business in Poland. My reason for doing so would be to get a Polish work visa and renew it for the next 5 years until I could receive a residence visa. I would like to do so with my Russian friend from Kazakhstan. I have read that in order to get a work visa through opening a business you must have at least 50 thousand złoty, but I haven't read anything else, so I have a few questions. First of all, am I correct about the 50,000 złoty? Will this be enough for two people doing it as a business partnership? And is there anything else that I should know?

Thanks,
James
