Does the Polish text need correcting?

I'm writing a letter to a government administrator using Google translator. Does this sound correct to a native Polish speaker? The English might sound odd because I'm trying to reuse phrases from an official Polish government website eg. number of land

Maybe not correct grammatically, but overall every Pole would understood it properly.

This will not help you. And that's not because of Polish translation, but because of the legal obstacles that make such query impossible. You would have to explain what is your legal business in getting the number, and the public office is unlikelry to answer anyway.
