My partner has been cheating on me and I need some help with something she writes to her lover, they keep sending the letters KTP?

Anyone know what this means?

I'm not, this was from a while ago when I originally caught them. Just been driving me crazy to know what it means!

Though I'm Polish, I've never come across such an abbreviation. Without having a broader context, it's impossible, I'm afraid.
