Hi Folks. I'm moving back to Poland soon with my family. Any recommendations for areas to look at to buy a small plot so we can build our house? I will work in Poznan but can commute by train or car. We are looking at building a house of about 120 sq mt in size (about 3 bedrooms, hall, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and attic space). Budget for the plot is under 200K. If you know of localities where actual developments are taking place for ease of access to water, electricity and a community.

Hello, I am a non-EU national married to a Polish citizen. We live in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and plan on sending all our savings to Poland to my wife's bank account. All of this income was earned by me outside Poland. Will we get taxed for this amount transferred to her account? (The amount is big)
