I am having UAE(Dubai) driving licence. Can i change my UAE(Dubai) driving licence into poland driving licence?
If yes what is the procedures?
What are the other possibilities?

I did master in finance and i am having 5 year experience in accounts & finance.
As i said i don't know polish language's but i know english very well.
Keep in mind this factor can i get a good job in poland or not?
