i've already seen a few dentists and a bridge is the better solution after much debate.
Skrud, isn't Canada rather expensive compared to Poland ?

What's up with Polish people at least in Krakow,
people smoke like chimneys here!
I guess the news has not arrived to Poland yet,
but smoking is the worst thing you can do to your body

I am thinking of getting into some rental investment apartments in Krakow and wanted
to ask if anyone knows some of the pros and cons of this game ?
i have looked at prices and rental income and tried to figure out if it's worth it or not.......

the tenant also to pay the Admin Fee of the apartment
on top of the rent ? Say an apartment costs 2200 PLN zloty and the Admin Fee is 500 PLN ?
Or does the owner of the apartment have to pay the admin fee ?
btw, i am asking about Krakow area apartments..
