Love / ACCEPTABLE modest wear for Polish women? [49]

But you forgot something, Saudi Arabia are 99.9% Muslims, you have to follow the norms of that society, otherwise you'd be disrespectful to them.

abu, I agre with you... if a western girl went to Saudi she would dress accordingly....
if a muslim goes to poland, she too may have the same courtesy....
at the end of the day, anyone can wear whatever they like in Poland.. its a free country....
if you want to stand out thats fine, if you want to conform to the socail norms thats fine too...it's not a big deal....

Work / Advice on Teaching English in Poland [709]

The guy who ran that course in Paris now has a school in Toulouse. I have a job offer that will utilize my business and teaching training!
I am excited. I will see where this leads.

So are you going to teach English in France now?
You could make and sell croissants there too :D

Life / Men in Poland in the forest? Just men? [133]

I have lived in this part of Poland for 40 years man and boy and I've never seen such instances of said squatting...

However when I lived in the UK I often saw many men sit in the forest in 'squares'....

And in New York, women used to wait for the bus squatting in triangles...

What does all this mean?

This strange phenomenon is not just related to Poland...

Surely these backward 'western' countries have some hidden ancestry that would explain these traditions... ???

UK, Ireland / Benefit cuts for Poles in The UK? [143]

They will study a recent French decision to slash benefit payments to immigrants by 83 per cent

Yes, good idea... let's follow the French... then one day we can emulate their prestige in the world rankings...
Look, Poles are not to blame for the UK's failings... you have to go back 30-40 years and watch how the govt f*cked our manufacturing industry for that...

If you want to cut benefits for all the single mums and dole-dossers then do it... wtch 2million chavy white brits lose their benefits.... maybe we can send them to OZ again...

Love / My Polish GF cheating on me? need polish speakers help in the conversation [17]

hi i know this is a little lame

Actually mate it's very lame. You have also previously started a thread about this: polishforums.com/relationships-marriage-36/this-cheeky-bastard-flirting-gf-63457/

Although there is no actual evidence that your gf is cheating on you, I wouldn't be surprised if she is.
She's probably looking for a better bf who isn't so jealous and doesn't spy on her conversations and post them all over the internet...

You need to grow. If you're not happy then finish your relationship with her; while the choice is still yours to make.

Good luck! :)

Life / Men in Poland in the forest? Just men? [133]

You know the locals call this place Coniec swiata?

I guess that they're not actually Polish then...

maybe I do really live at the 'end of the world'?

ah, Koniec świata...? Well, either there or Trollham...

They are simply doing the 'woodsman's workout' : artofmanliness.com/2012/09/19/woodsman-workout/

Next time, go join in! It could be fun! :D

Life / Men in Poland in the forest? Just men? [133]

maybe someone can enlighten me, especially about the meetings of guys in the forest??

One can only imagine that LSD and certain other drugs might explain some of the disturbing visions you've been having recently...
As for your obsession with Asian men sitting in circles, you really should seek some professional help...

History / Why will Poland always be the puppet of America? [159]

Poland has never been a 'puppet' of America....

Even Canada laughs at America...

Just wait til Pakistan sends 5000 drones to spy on the US... that will be interesting....

Travel / Is it safe to travel to Poland? [194]

So if you are travelling from one of those countries all of which i have been to many times and you are going to Poland and worried about safety....ha ha guess what, you'll be safer when you get to Poland.

This is 100% true :)
Unless you go around picking fights with people you will have no problems in Poland. There are too many chavs in UK that will fight anyone for no reason.

In Poland if you keep your head down you will have no problems at all :)
You can walk home alone in any state late at night or in the early hours and not have to worry about anything :)
In fact, people are much friendlier here :)

Work / Advice on Teaching English in Poland [709]

I have heard that Krakow is expensive... I will probably move to Warsaw since there is at least one American school present.

Warsaw will be more expensive than Krakow...
Make sure you line up some interviews before you make the move.
Really, you don't want to be unemployed in the most expensive city in Poland do you?
Why not try a smaller town to start with?
Less competition and lower costs of living... just a thought...

News / Polish people's criticism of European Union [104]

Poland has never been a third world country and has never been

Yes I know Dave. It's called sarcasm...

I'd then ask why the Tories have been so keen to keep us out of the union.

You are in the union. Have been for centuries... You guys want out. I have no problem with that...

Yeah but during a recession and only a couple of days ago Polish ministers were complaining about cuts to the EU members spending.

It's the same everywhere... we all want to pay less taxes and have more public spending,... although to be fair to you guys north of the border you did at least agree to higher taxes for free education amongst other things... I wish our guys would really think about that stuff a little bit more...

News / Polish people's criticism of European Union [104]

How many Billions does Poland put into the EU and how much does it take?

Well apparently Poland is a third world country... if this is the case then the redistribution of wealth is only justified within a modern liberal EU...

Personally as an Englishman I don't feel we (England) should have any claim over Scots, Welsh or Northern Irish...
But maybe some have prospered over the years...

I hope Poland can prosper within the EU... if not then what's the point? Just to pay for civil servants... no thank you...

Poland will take at first, but it won;t be too long until they're paying for someone else... it's all swings and roundabouts...

Love / My Polish Relationship Marriage ..story to be told. [USA/PL] [34]

It is insane relationship

Of course it was. It was always doomed to failure.
How can a lady have a relationship with such a silly little boy who cannot even fulfil her sexual needs?

Do you really think that she's crying on an American forum saying what a loser he is?
And that it's all his fault because he's an American and tried to buy her love?

I doubt it.

Love / My Polish Relationship Marriage ..story to be told. [USA/PL] [34]

This is a "Polish" Forum linked from a PolishBride site.

What are you doing looking at Polish bride sites?

Is that how you 'met' your Polish wife? Or is it where you're looking for a replacement?

What is the cost of Polish brides these days mate? How much did you pay?

Love / My Polish Relationship Marriage ..story to be told. [USA/PL] [34]

asking my loving wife to move with me

Unfortunately you see her as a Polish girl rather than your wife.
Why would you come here to cry on a forum?
Can't you call your mum or dad?

Seriously? If she was Canadian would you be on a Canadian forum right now saying that all Canadian girls are this that and the other?

No. The truth is is that you're a troll.

Your 'relationship' didn't work out. That's fine. Maybe you can find a nice Mexican Latino au pair for your next wife...

Seriously, good luck...

Love / My Polish Relationship Marriage ..story to be told. [USA/PL] [34]

..and as far as the sex life i kept up fine in the sack..

That's not what she said. Wait... that's not what you admitted either... try foreplay next time...

The minute you become assertive and dominant over them,

The moment you become an over-jealous (probably violent) control freak...

You have honest men, looking for a real relationship, then you have women that are just manipulative, and immoral in their decision making process.

You have honest women naive enough to think that all foreign men are gentlemen... then realise they cry like a b1tch on an internet forum, telling the world personal intimate details of their relationship...

These are just facts

The only evident fact here is that you are a troll.

I have heard from various people Polish women from the south are better lovers than from the northern region of Poland.

Well, better luck then in your next conquest. For now you can always just jerk it...

Hope your wife meets a real man who can satisfy her sexually :)

Good luck mate!

Love / My Polish Relationship Marriage ..story to be told. [USA/PL] [34]

She also uses lines like "I don't cum when I have sex with you" isn't that a sure sign of a cheater?

It's a sure sign that someone doesn't satisfy her in bed.

Oh well not to worry. Plenty more fish in the sea.

Some advice stop looking for Polish girls because you heard somewhere that they're easy.

Go to a bar tonight and meet someone new.

good luck with your life.

I think you're gunna need it :)

UK, Ireland / Do Poles in the UK pretend to be uppity because they have an inferiority complex? [60]

Citizen67, your written English is not as good as you might have thought.
The points she was making were very clear despite not being a native speaker of English.
Your accusations about her standard of English are rather insulting as are your posts in general.
Maybe you should use a spell-checker yourself...

Real Estate / The current property boom in Poland is a bubble [342]

So the prices started falling in 2007? and there was me thinking the Financial crash was in 2008? I never realised prices dropped the year before.

I think that the graph shows that prices starting falling around March/April 2008 (when the line crosses the '0' line).
Before then the downward turn just shows the prices were still increasing at a lower rate (ie: from +50% down to +1% increase).
I'm no expert, but that's what I'm reading from the chart.

UK, Ireland / What does English sound like to the Poles? [30]

Sorry to say but most Polish/Slavic/Russian languages sounds "ugly".

That's just your opinion. Personally , I love the language and the accents.

then again anything would be better than dole scum english

English chavs are so beneath anything I've ever met overseas it's not funny... F*ck you British chavs!

UK, Ireland / Polish women that go "off the rails" in London [15]

She is hard-faced, cynical, conflict-prone, selfish and dishonest to the point of where she cheated. We are not together, she moved out.

So your relationship didn't work out. It happens in life. Keep your chin up, forget about her and move on. Plenty more fish in the sea :)

Language / When is speaking Polish showing off and when is it ok? [46]

Also, there are some people in Poland (and other countries), who no matter how well you speak Polish, will continue to try and talk back in broken English.

+1
This seems pretty close to my experience both in Poland and England.
I think most people just want to practice their English with a native speaker tbh. In a small town they don't often get the opportunity. But, yh, you're right about the showing-off part. I've met them too...

Australia / Poles invaded the wrong Anglo-Saxon country [29]

Bad for bigots.

Worse for bigots.

LOL :)
Des, I'd be quite happy for all the Europeans and Asians to 'go home' and let the Moaris have their country back. I never said NZ should be white.

I love the All Blacks, best rugby union team in the world for my money :)

Australia / Poles invaded the wrong Anglo-Saxon country [29]

It is like living in a united nations country, nothing like anything else.

I didn't realise it was quite that bad. I remember being in NZ maybe 10 years ago now. All the locals were getting pretty fed up with all the Asian immigrants. Auckland is now about 25% Asian and it's only going to get worse...

UK, Ireland / How might Britain`s withdrawal from EU affect Poles there and here? [474]

A little lady, sick to the back teeth of hundreds of Poles in her neighbourhood asked him 'why there were so many of them here'?

Well she was an ignorant bigot (personally, I would have punched her in the face). And that's the only occasion I ever felt any respect for the ex-PM.

Also, he was never elected PM. He was a back-door job as everyone knows.
Anyway Oxon what's with the dodgy spelling? Are you an American or just illiterate?
It looks like whether the UK is part of the EU or EEA they won't be able to stop EU migrants coming to work here. And what's wrong with that?

They work harder than most Brit's, are usually better educated and don't sit around in mosques all day, claiming benefits and planning to blow up our subways...
