I know sure what happened. President ordered the pilot to land, though he was aware of that the weather was not good enough. Pilot had to listen. Had he another chance? If you were pilot and if president said "land down", could you object?
Russians were aware of the bad weather and there was a risk. But, they just watched, maybe, even helped on the incident conditions by equipment things. President's politics were not good for Russia? But, this can't be called as sabotage of Russia. Even if Russians did nothing, accident could happen as the weather and the land were really risky. It is mainly Presidental error.

Presidents are forgetting they are not presidents everywhere. When they are in plane they are just simple humans and president of plane is pilot. If EU plays religion card like USA and Britain played in this decade, then, it is a disaster for EU.

Genealogy / Wilke Family [14]
It is surname. I found out. It is a family and from Silesia region, border region in Poland with Germany. So, it is quite possible that their root of this family is in Germany as Silesia is mostly Germany origin people in Poland, right? As Wroclaw wrote, there are 282 people with that surname. I wonder if it is one same big family or different families with same surname?
the Polands' bearers of the Wilke surname are more likely to trace their ancestry to Germany, not GB.
