Work / Poland Work Visa information (Indian citizen). Can my spouse work in Poland? [11]

I am an Indian citizen . supposed to reach Poland shortly . I will be comming on work and residance visa basis . I need to know if i can call my spouse to Poland and can she work in Poland or not ?
